Pre- Expiration of Builders Warranty Inspection

Before the builders’ warranty expires, have an inspection to create a punch list of defects or issues for correction by the builder or contractors at no cost to you. Most builders require documentation & written notification of defective items or issues prior to expiration date to qualify for no cost correction. Experienced inspectors see the subtle signs or indicators of defects in the making. Lower in cost than a Standard Home Inspection (due to your help in compiling issues).
